Roger Thorne



Managing Partner



Roger is a Managing Partner at Hudson Gain. Previously Roger was the SVP Human Resources and Organizational Development North America at NFO WorldGroup (a division of Interpublic Group at the time). Rogeradvanced through organizational development and human resources roles including: Bristol-Myers Squibb, American Cyanamid (now Cytec) and at Armco (now AK Steel). Roger holds a BS in Industrial Psychology from Fairmont State University and a Masters in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.

Scott Lyons



Senior Vice President



Scott is a Senior Vice President at Hudson Gain and the Head of our Executive Search Practice. He is a seasoned professional who has the ability to work with a wide range of clients. For over 20 years Scott has specialized in senior level identification and acquisition of a wide range of talent for some of the most selective and highly regarded corporations in the world. He has a solid track record of identifying high impact players for his client companies. Scott has a BA in Political Science from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania.
